Billing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open the account section in the app and cancel via the Stripe customer portal. You keep access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
How are payments processed?
Stripe handles every step of checkout, storage of card details, and renewals. We never see or store your card information.
Do you offer refunds?
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If you think you've been charged incorrectly, email us at [email protected] and we'll look into it.
What happens if I downgrade?
You keep Pro until the end of the paid period, then your remote-control sessions will ask for a subscription the next time you start one. All free features keep working as before.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Stripe charges in USD by default; your bank converts to your local currency at its FX rate. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
